Objective: Complete surgical removal of intracranial meningiomas is curative but with significant blood loss. Tranexamic acid has been proven beneficial in reducing loss following major procedures. Therefore, the purpose study was to evaluate how well tranexamic worked stop patients having an meningioma removed.
